VTwenty-five folks survived the crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines airplane. It crashed on Wednesday December 25 with 67 folks on board in western Kazakhstan, the Kazakh Ministry of Emergency Situations introduced.
“According to initial information, there are 25 survivors, of whom 22 were hospitalized,” the ministry mentioned in a press release on Telegram, specifying that 150 rescuers had been dispatched to the crash web site. Medical authorities initially reported 14 survivors.
The airplane would have landed in an emergency
The Kazakh Ministry of Transport explains that “the airliner linking Baku to Grozny crashed near Aktau. This plane belongs to the airline Azerbaijan Airlines. “According to initial information from the Azerbaijani side, 62 passengers and 5 crew members were on board,” he mentioned.
The Embraer 190 airplane “made an emergency landing”, defined Azerbaijan Airlines.
