Customers have accused Sky of “unacceptable service” after complaining of receiving no replace from the community hours after the difficulty first arose.

A Sky Spokesperson stated: “We are aware of a technical issue that has impacted some Sky Q and Sky+ customers, causing a ‘no satellite signal’ message to appear. This issue has now been fully resolved – impacted customers need to restart their devices to restore service.”

The newest outage comes after tens of hundreds of Sky TV prospects reported being unable to observe TV final May.
