Former socialist prime minister Lionel Jospin suffered “a serious operation” however he’s again residence “recovering”he stated in an announcement to Agence France-Presse (AFP) despatched by his entourage.
“To all those who are concerned about my health, I would like to give the following information: I had a serious operation which went well. I am now back home recovering”he added on this transient assertion.
The former socialist chief, unsuccessful candidate within the presidential elections of 1995 and 2002, didn’t want to disclose particulars on the character and reason behind this operation. Aged 88, the previous head of presidency (1997-2002) had intervened often in latest months to touch upon the political state of affairs.
