President Donald Trump fumed in a late-night social media submit Sunday that Rep. Ilhan Omar, a Minnesota Democrat, ought to both be hauled off to jail or despatched to Somalia.

Trump and Omar have been embroiled in an intensifying feud after the right-wing chief has repeatedly referred to as for her to be despatched again to Somalia. Omar and Walz have each defended their state.

In December, Trump continued his assaults on the Somali immigrants residing in Minnesota, accusing them with out proof of being “scammers” and “lowlifes” in a Truth Social submit.

He singled out Omar as “one of the many scammers.” She has not been accused of any wrongdoing.

“Send them back from where they came, Somalia, perhaps the worst, and most corrupt, country on earth,” he declared.

Meanwhile, Omar has decried Trump’s “obsession” together with her on social media, calling it “beyond weird” in an X submit on Dec. 9, 2025.

“He needs serious help. Since he has no economic policies to tout, he’s resorting to regurgitating bigoted lies instead. He continues to be a national embarrassment,” she wrote.
