‘Masterpiece’ movie is ‘British cinema at its finest’ on Netflix – 92% | Films | Entertainment | EUROtoday

The synopsis on Rotten Tomatoes reads: “The amazing true story of Billy Moore, an English boxer incarcerated in Thailand’s most notorious prison. Thrown into a world of drugs and violence, he finds his best chance to escape is to fight his way out in Muay Thai tournaments.”

The movie starring Joe Cole premiered on the 2017 Cannes Film Festival earlier than being launched on DirecTV Cinema within the UK in July 2018.
