Gillian Morand died in Bexley, in south-east London, in March 2020.

The Metropolitan Police stated that an inquest concluded that the 36-year-old had taken her personal life.

Detective Chief Inspector Dan Whitten stated: “This is a complex investigation with very few charges of this nature authorised across the country.”
