A police officer and suspect have been shot in what police described as an “active shooter incident” close to a synagogue in Baltimore.

The capturing unfolded within the 6200 block of Park Heights Avenue in Northwest Baltimore close to the Agudath Israel of Baltimore synagogue round 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
