The Erg group closed 2025 with an Ebitda of 540 million euros, “increasing compared to 2024 albeit in the low part of the guidance range”. Net revenue, nonetheless, fell by 11%, to 155 million in comparison with 175 million in 2024: it was affected by “higher depreciation and financial charges”.
