The Russian Foreign Ministry mentioned on Friday that it had summoned the British and French ambassadors to lodge a protest over a Ukrainian strike on Russia this week with missiles “manufactured by a Franco-British consortium.”

Ukraine mentioned on March 10 that it had used Storm Shadow missiles to hit a manufacturing unit that produced semiconductor gadgets and built-in micro chips for missiles in the Russian metropolis of Bryansk.
The Russian Foreign Ministry mentioned Moscow thought of the strike to be a deliberate provocation aimed at derailing a peace settlement in Ukraine.
