I can not resist the mixture of lamb, candy dates and nutty tahini. You want loads of herbs, although, to chop by way of the sweetness right here, so use hundreds and don’t stint on the feta cheese both. Greek yogurt and shreds of preserved lemon zest would assist, too. Serve with couscous, bulgar wheat or little olive oil-roasted potatoes.

Requires Half-hour-2 hours marinating.
