Tributes paid to father killed after being hit by automotive as police arrest 5 on suspicion of homicide | EUROtoday
A household has paid an emotional tribute to a father who died after being hit by a automotive close to Barnsley, as police arrested a fifth individual on suspicion of homicide.
Liam Green, 45, was struck by a white VW Tourareg on Rose Tree Avenue, Cudworth, at about 5pm on Friday, South Yorkshire Police stated.
Emergency companies attended, however Mr Green died on the scene.

South Yorkshire Police stated a 17-year-old boy, a 38-year-old girl and two males aged 33 and 60 have been arrested on suspicion of homicide.
On Sunday, a 53-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of homicide. All 5 stay in police custody.
Paying tribute, Mr Green’s household stated: “We hope you’re at peace now.
“We all love you very a lot, sending you massive hugs out of your mam, sons, brother and household.”
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police stated inquiries had been ongoing and urged anybody with info to contact officers.
