A 60-year-old bike owner was hit by a automotive in East Westphalia and fatally injured. The lady died on the scene of the accident in Lübbecke, the police mentioned. The 26-year-old who was driving the automotive was taken to hospital to have his blood taken. When the accident was recorded, there was suspicion that he may need used narcotics, based on the officers.

The collision occurred within the afternoon. According to preliminary findings, the 26-year-old’s automotive veered off the highway to the appropriate in a left-hand bend. There the bike owner was using her Pedelec, a sort of e-bike, on a cycle path and sidewalk.
