Donald Trump mentioned it made “no difference” to him whether or not a deal is reached with Iran, as peace talks proceed in Pakistan.

“Regardless of what happens, we win,” he instructed reporters outdoors the White House on Saturday, April 11.

Questioned about probably unfreezing Iranian property, Trump mentioned the US had “defeated them militarily,” describing Iran’s capabilities as minimal.

“Maybe they make a deal, maybe they don’t, it doesn’t matter. From the standpoint of America, we win.” he added.

The president confirmed “very deep negotiations” are underway, with vice chairman JD Vance main hours of discussions in Islamabad.

Trump closed his feedback with a warning to China of “big problems” if it sends arms to Iran.
