Scott Jennings’ On-Air Meltdown Sparks Mockery | EUROtoday
CNN’s die-hard, Donald Trump-loving commentator Scott Jennings was mocked on Thursday for his wild, F-bomb overreaction to being challenged over his protection of the president’s warfare on Iran.
Jennings instructed Adam Mockler, a commentator for the progressive MeidasTouch Network, to “get your fucking hand out of my face” — regardless of Mockler’s hand being nowhere close to — throughout a heated trade on “NewsNight.”
Jennings seemed to be initially triggered by Mockler’s remark about his protection of “prior endless wars” when he served within the administration of former President George W. Bush.

“Eight weeks is limitless to you?” Jennings fired again at Mockler. Mockler identified that the Iran battle has now dragged on for for much longer than what Trump and his MAGA allies first insisted it will. Jennings steered Mockler had “the attention span of a gnat.”
Mockler then pushed Jennings to call “one political concession” that Iran has given the U.S. amid talks.
Mockler raised his hand barely to make his level and Jennings flipped out, telling him: “Get your fucking hand out of my face, first of all.”
Anchor Abby Phillip chimed in: “Hey, hey. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Guys, excuse me.”
Jennings stated: “I’m not going to have this guy’s hand in my face.”
Phillip urged calm: “Everybody, everybody hang tight, OK?”
She then added: “No, everybody, calm down. OK? We’re having a debate. You can respond to the points that he’s making.”
The dialog then continued.
Mockler later mirrored on the incident on X, writing: “Scott Jennings claimed I got in his face; Watch what actually happened in the full CNN segment. He throws a personal jab… then folds the second he gets pressed. Scott loves to dish it but can’t take it.”
MeidasTouch Network, in the meantime, posted on its official account that it was “completely UNHINGED conduct” from Jennings and requested: “How could any network possibly allow this loose cannon on the air?”
