Lord Cameron has blasted the BBC for its refusal to name Hamas terrorists within the wake of claims a British-born hostage has died in Gaza.
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office says it’s urgently investigating claims that Nadav Popplewell died in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza.
The 51-year-old was seized together with his mom Channah Peri on October 7, when fighters launched a lethal assault on Israel.
Video footage revealed by Hamas on Saturday appeared to indicate Mr Popplewell in captivity with a black eye.
A disgusting 11-second clip ended with ominous music and a query mark.
Three hours later, the barbaric terrorist organisation put out a brand new video claiming Mr Popplewell, initially from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, was injured in an Israel Defense Forces airstrike in April.
