Tommy Robinson’s former assistant has damaged her silence following the riots which have hit cities and cities throughout the UK.
Lucy Brown, who labored with Robinson between 2017 and 2018, has now claimed his ego has led to riots “evolving” throughout Britain, following large-scale riots in Southport, Rotherham, Hull, and Plymouth.
Speaking to Times Radio on Tuesday (6 August), Brown claimed Robinson’s angle grew to become “very nasty and misogynistic” as he grew to become extra well-known.
She mentioned: “The scenes that we are seeing are the very thing we were trying to stop by creating independent journalism, by giving people voices, by raising awareness of issues we felt that the mainstream media weren’t maybe addressing enough.”
