Federal Minister of the Interior Nancy Faeser is dissatisfied with the end result of the US presidential election: “I think it’s obvious that I would have liked a different result.” Nevertheless, Faeser congratulates the US Republican Donald Trump on his election victory.
“You know that we have a very close partnership with the United States and we also assume that we will continue this very well at the working level,” stated Faeser to the journalists current. The USA is “an important security partner for us”.
