Avanti West Coast prepare managers have voted to strike for 3 days over the Christmas interval.
The RMT union mentioned that walkouts have been scheduled for 22, 23 and 29 December for the London to Scotland service after rejecting the prepare firm’s proposals for “rest day working arrangements”.
Train managers normally work a four-day week however because of workers shortages could be requested to work on relaxation days however the RMT mentioned that the present preparations are “unacceptable”.
