A senior official within the Russian navy was killed in Moscow in a lethal blast Tuesday, based on officers. Igor Kirillov, the commander of Russian armed forces’ chemical, organic and radiation defence troops, was sanctioned in October by Britain over the alleged use of chemical weapons in Ukraine.
