Authorities in South Carolina have arrested three individuals in reference to a cold-case and alleged murder-for-hire greater than 20 years previous.
Kim Burgess, 56, Tonya Burgess, 49, and Mack Hanna, 60, have all been charged in connection to the 2004 dying of 19-year-old Lindsey Simmons.
