In a spiralling diplomatic row, Kyiv mentioned Friday it was expelling two Hungarian diplomats in retaliation for Budapest’s expulsion of two Ukrainian diplomats. Ukraine’s safety service had earlier detained two army personnel it accused of spying for Hungary.
