Video captures the second a Mexican Navy crusing ship, the Cuauhtémoc, crashed into the Brooklyn Bridge on New York’s East River on Saturday (17 May).
New York Mayor Eric Adams confirmed two individuals died and 19 individuals have been injured.
He mentioned all these harm had suffered accidents on the ship and that nobody had entered the river within the collision, which occurred simply earlier than 9 p.m.
Footage confirmed the second the ship’s 147-feet-tall masts strike the bridge.
The New York City Department of Transportation’s web site says the bridge has a 135ft clearance at its centre.
