The chief govt of Ofwat will stand down on the finish of the month, the regulator has confirmed.
The regulator mentioned David Black, who turned chief govt in April 2022, had determined that now was the time to “pursue new opportunities”.
Last month, it was confirmed that Ofwat shall be scrapped to create a brand new watchdog as a part of an business overhaul to deal with failings.
Mr Black mentioned he wished the group “every success as they continue their important work”.
