We sat down with Theodoros Rousopoulos, the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the continent’s oldest political physique. The meeting, also called PACE, is typically referred to as the driving drive of the entire organisation, bringing collectively parliamentary delegations from 46 member states.
