IThere are two classes of winegrowers, those that promote their grapes or ship them to the coop, and the “manipulative harvesters” (RM on the label), who make their champagne from A to Z. It is the latter that pursuits us. Their progress in analysis and high quality is exceptional. Here is a variety constituted of simply over 500 bottles tasted on website.
The costs talked about have been communicated to us as a sign by the winegrowers.
