After 9 months of building, the Good Mother has regained all its splendor in Marseille, celebrated on Sunday with a procession and a sound and lightweight present. The statue of Notre-Dame de la Garde was coated with 40,000 gold leaves, the ultimate stage of an enormous mission launched in February.
