A serious step away from naivety – that is how EU officers describe strikes to crack down on low cost Chinese parcels flooding the European market. The EU is edging nearer to abolishing the customs exemption on packages valued at beneath €150. For now, the EU has agreed to impose a brief €3 customs price on small parcels, efficient from July 1, 2026.
