Motorists are dealing with rush hour chaos on the M62 this morning. Delays have construct up on the motorway westbound between junctions J25 and J24.
The congestion, of as much as 50 minutes in line with National Highways, got here following in a single day roadworks and damaged down plant equipment, which left the M62 Westbound quickly closed inside junction 24 whereas the automobile awaits restoration.
