A constabulary in problem, and a plan to create brigades needed by the President of the Republic which falls wanting the mark. These are, briefly, the considerations of the Court of Auditors, introduced on Wednesday February 4 in a report entitled “The territorial model of the national gendarmerie: the urgency of adaptation”.

The magistrates have been fascinated about one of many predominant specificities of the establishment, its native institution in mainland France.
