A slate, all convictions mixed, of 134,859 euros. This is the sum to which the Marseille industrial tribunal sentenced, Thursday February 19, the National Rally (RN) deputy of the 16e constituency of Bouches-du-Rhône Emmanuel Taché. A complete to be paid to his parliamentary assistant, Nicolas Tellier, who, as revealed Mediapart in February 2025, took him to courtroom to contest his dismissal and demand compensation linked to non-compliance together with his employment contract.
Hired part-time on August 5, 2022 by Mr. Taché, who had simply been elected deputy in one of many largest constituencies in France, Mr. Tellier was dismissed on June 9, 2024, on the time of the dissolution of the National Assembly. For virtually two years, this RN activist, very well-known within the division – he’s the cousin of the RN deputy of 12e Bouches-du-Rhône constituency Franck Allisio, candidate for mayor of Marseille – traveled forwards and backwards between Arles and Marseille to answer the parliamentarian’s requests and act as driver and escort.
