Ben Shapiro Calls Piers Morgan ‘Jerry Springer’ Of Political TV | EUROtoday

Conservative commentator Ben Shapiro tore into fellow political pundit Piers Morgan for platforming what he described as “America haters” on his present, calling the right-wing Brit the “Jerry Springer of political television” throughout Wednesday’s episode of his personal YouTube collection.

The Daily Wire co-founder was left fuming over Morgan’s Tuesday version of “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” through which comedian-turned-commentator Dave Smith slammed the U.S. and Israel’s joint assault on Iran and known as the U.S. “arguably the worst terrorist organization in the world,” given the variety of civilians killed in U.S. army operations over the past 25 years.

Accusing Morgan of creating “a mockery of the entire industry by putting on screen whatever dregs are still willing to go on screen,” Shapiro in contrast the Brit to notorious tabloid speak present host Springer, then blasted Smith as unfunny and ill-informed about international coverage.

Shapiro, a staunch defender of Israel and its allyship with the U.S., seethed as he informed viewers, “I’m sorry, but you hate the country if you say America is the worst terrorist organization in the world. You just do.”

“To make that argument, you have to deliberately obscure the difference between actual terrorists — who actually are seeking deliberately to kill innocent people in the name of politics, not collateral damage, deliberately seeking to kill innocent people — and nation-states who are seeking to avoid civilian casualties, often while fighting those actual terrorists,” he continued.

Shapiro then speculated that Smith was most likely thrilled to even be talked about by him, and known as the thought of debating “trolls” a waste of time.

Hours after Shapiro’s criticism went dwell, Morgan shot again a reply in a Thursday morning submit on X.
