Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth mentioned Friday that the U.S. navy has opened a complete investigation into final month’s lethal strike on an elementary faculty in Iran, in what seemed to be a tacit acknowledgment of the United States’ duty for the incident and a shift to analyzing the way it occurred.
