A 15-year-old woman has died and three youngsters have been arrested after the motorcycle she was travelling on was concerned in a crash with two vehicles on Friday night time.
Thames Valley Police stated a collision occurred between a white Toyota Yaris, a gray Toyota Hilux and a bike on the A355 in Buckinghamshire at roughly 9.20pm on Friday.
The woman was a passenger on the motorcycle that was being ridden by a teenage boy.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 16-year-old boy from Beaconsfield, was arrested on suspicion of inflicting loss of life by harmful driving.
Two different youngsters, additionally on a bike, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old woman, from High Wycombe, have been additionally held on suspicion of inflicting loss of life by harmful driving.
The drive stated a compulsory referral has been made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) as a police car was close by.
The police car was driving on the other carriageway, not on blue lights, it stated.
Lead investigating officer Oliver Cahill-Smith stated: “Firstly, I would like to share my sincere condolences with the family of the girl who has sadly died as a result of this collision.
“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to please get in touch.
“I would also like to ask anyone who was driving in the area prior to the collision to review their dash-cam footage as it may contain information that could assist our investigation.”
