Drivers on the M1 through the busy rush hour interval are going through visitors chaos following a crash. One lane is closed on the northbound stretch between junctions 28 (Mansfield) and junction 29 (Tibshelf).
There can be now particles on the motorway, with drivers warned they face delays of just below 30 miunutes and nearly 4 miles of visitors again previous Tibshelf. One lane has been closed and a restoration automobile is now speeding to the scene of the crash. National Highways East Midlands wrote on X: “#M1 northbound between J28 (#SouthNormanton #Mansfield) and J29. One lane is closed due to a collision and debris. Vehicle recovery is on route. Delays of just under 30 minutes, almost 4 miles of congestion back past #Tibshelf.”
