Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and the Trump White House engaged in a fiery back-and-forth on Friday, only a day after President Donald Trump joked about his feud with Greene throughout Thursday’s cupboard assembly.

Greene slammed Trump for the rising value of residing ensuing from the continuing conflict in Iran, which has induced international oil costs to skyrocket and the inventory market to drop sharply.

The White House fired again at Greene in an announcement to Fox News Digital.

“There is nothing more ‘America Last’ than quitting on your constituents and the MAGA movement in the middle of your term. President Trump is fighting every single day to Make America Great Again – we don’t have time for quitters,” White House spokesperson David Ingle instructed the outlet.

The back-and-forth comes only a day after Greene’s fiancé, Real America’s Voice chief White House correspondent Brian Glenn, returned to the White House press corps, with Trump showing to allude to the feud when he acknowledged Glenn.

“I think I’m going to go with a man that I’ve missed. Brian, I haven’t seen you in a long time. He’s been in a very strange location. I don’t know. He’s had a strange thing happen,” Trump mentioned.
