Former Federal Postal Minister Christian Schwarz-Schilling is useless. The Hessian CDU introduced this on Tuesday. Schwarz-Schilling was 95 years previous. Schwarz-Schilling was Federal Minister for Post and Telecommunications in Chancellor Helmut Kohl’s cupboard from 1982 to 1992, and later he was High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
