Dean McKay, 38, brutally attacked a feminine German Shepherd named Goldie after chasing the canine’s proprietor, Kyle Pugh, right into a Premier retailer within the Calder Park space of Edinburgh in May 2024.

A non-appearance warrant has been issued for Devlin after he failed to seem for sentencing.
