Major UK supply firm collapses into liquidation after buyer complaints | UK | News | EUROtoday

On Monday, 13 April, Quiver Delivery appointed Ian Michael Rose and Paul Mallatratt, each of Abbey Taylor Jones Limited, as liquidators, in accordance with a authorities gazette revealed on Thursday.

The London and Paris-based enterprise offers an emission-free supply service, centered on helping retailers in providing same-hour, same-day or next-day supply to clients.

The enterprise, based in August 2021, had the ambition “to be the physical connection between brands and their customers.”

Its web site posed the query to customers: “When was the last time that you had a satisfactory delivery experience? Your order arrived where you wanted it, when you wanted it?”

However, Quiver has attracted quite a few blended on-line opinions relating to its service on digital evaluation platform Trustpilot.

One person wrote in January: “Next day delivery doesn’t mean next day. Twice in the last month I’ve ordered something that shipped next day through them and on the day it was supposed to arrive, they hadn’t even put it into the tracking system.”

Another wrote in June final 12 months: “Absolutely terrible service. I selected next day delivery – didn’t turn up. The following day: no delivery. The following day: no delivery. Still waiting.”

Glowing opinions included one from March of this 12 months: “Great communication and service. My item was delivered during the promised time window, and tracking updates were provided throughout the process.”

An additional buyer wrote in October 2025: “First time I’d heard of quiver but a good experience. Very fast. Courier rang up to make sure I was there and received the package and was friendly. Hoping the green credentials are good too, but haven’t checked! Glad Quiver was chosen and will look out for them in future.”
