Commuters travelling from Euston station in London has been hit journey chaos following a serious incident. There are at present no trains operating from Euston attributable to “emergency services dealing with an incident in the Berkhamsted area”.
Pictures from the station present dozens of commuters gathered within the concourse space and are available as Tube strikes spark extra journey chaos within the capital this week. A message on the large screens at Euston says: “Severe disruption. Due to emergency services dealing with an incident in the Berkhamstead area, there are currently no services from Euston. All train services are subject to delays, last mminute alterations and cancellations. Ticket acceptance is in place with other train operations from alternate London stations. Please listen to annoouncements or speak to a member of staff. We are sorry for any inconvenience to your journey today.”
