The Brandenburg CDU needs to proceed its work with Jan Redmann as state chairman regardless of the defeat within the final state election. In a secret poll, 19 of 20 of the voting members of the state government board voted for Redmann to stay on the head of the state chairmanship. This was introduced by the CDU state affiliation in Potsdam. There was one abstention.

Defeat within the state elections

Die CDU landed at 12.1 p.c within the state elections in Brandenburg on Sunday. The get together thus fell far wanting its personal ambitions.
