Czech billionaire Andrej Babiš is heading in the right direction for victory over a pro-Western coalition, the newest populist chief in Central Europe to stage an electoral comeback. FRANCE 24’s Mark Owen speaks with Romain Le Quiniou of Euro Créative about what the vote might imply for Ukraine. He says that Babiš ‘joined politics for enterprise and what he wants essentially the most is EU funds, so he won’t take a proactive opposition line to Brussels’.
